Drink more Water!


Most people aren't drinking enough water. We need to be sure to be drinking 8-10 8oz. glasses per day. We need to stay hydrated, because our body's thrive off of water!

 

A lot of our water has been contaminated with many toxic chemicals (found on the periodic table of elements, go figure!). You probably know chlorine and fluoride from chemistry class, which is where it should stay. Chemicals don't belong in our drinking water. Chlorine, fluoride, antibiotics, and other toxins are all harmful to MY body and YOUR body. Sadly they are commonly found in our water.

Water filters are a good way to get cleaner water. The Reverse Osmosis filter is known to remove all contaminants. I like the Reverse Osmosis Below-the-sink with faucet!

 

*disclaimer: The Reverse Osmosis removes minerals too, which means you need eat mineral rich foods to make up for the loss in water. Some mineral rich foods I like are: nuts, beans, leafy greens, eggs, meat, and many more!
