Favorite Exercizes

I like to exercise by doing activities. I really like Rock Climbing and going to Pilates class. Running is also great. Mix up sports and movement activities and you can't go wrong!

Here are some other activities I like to do:

  • Biking
  • Yoga

  • Pilates
  • Surfing
  • Soccer
  • Basketball
  • Hiking

TIPS

  • Stand when you can. (Except at the movie theatre!) 
  • Go on walks, Park far away in parking lots!
  • Plan specific times each week to exercise.
  • Invite a friend, two heads are greater than one!
  • Work your core muscles, because they help with back issues when your older.
