Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't just happen overnight. It happens one step at a time. Balancing health with enjoyment can be tricky, but possible. A great rule of thumb that I live by is called the 90/10 rule. 90 percent of my life I try to use healthy products and eat healthy food. The other 10 percent, I save for other things. Balance!


Amella's Why?

I believe that the Earth was blessed with naturalness. My goal is to live natural and real. By living a healthy and natural life, I feel amazing. And it's because I earned it. However, when I don't earn it, I definitely feel it. Ever since I began to feel alive (by eating healthy), not being held back by impure chemicals, I haven't wanted to go back to feeling sluggish and blah. Like everyone, I am not perfect, and somedays I do better than others. I just want to live a healthier life. I would love if you joined me on this journey, because at times it seems hard, but it is so rewarding and uplifting!
